The "Projects" link is dead at the moment,
I know about it, the page just isn't done yet.
When we get the shop cleaned up and finally rearranged
(sometime in January I'd guess), I will take some current photos and
work up a shop tour to put on the "Company" page. We're
adding equipment and that's got everything in an uproar right now.
This is a small outfit, not a huge multi-national, so
things may move slowly from time to time. There's only so much of
us to go around at any one time, and all the electronic communications
go through just one guy, ME.
So, if you don't hear back from us in ten minutes via
email, or you can't raise us on the phone, don't take it personal,
I'm likely just tied up in the shop, or on the road and can't get
to the computer just then.
I always respond to email, eventually, and in a very
timely manner when I am able. If an email goes unanswered for more
than a day or two, and it's not around a holiday or a big show, send
it again, there's a chance it got Spaminated and I never saw it. I
try to screen the spam folders, but sometimes I miss stuff.
The shop phone has a crummy ringer, and we are all hard
of hearing, so if you call and nobody answers, we're not ignoring
you, we may not have even heard it. If that happens, leave a message,
or send an email. In fact, I'd suggest sending an email first.
That way it's right there waiting for me when I get home.
Hang in there guys, the site is crude, I know, but it
will get better over time. I'm working on a nice e-commerce store,
but it isn't done yet.
